We offer the following shipping methods:

Regular mail (Standard shipping) - 15,00€
(Delivery time 6-10 business days. Signature not be required).

Delivery time to US is around 10  - 15 business days. 

Free shipping (orders over 300,00€) - orders are sending by standard shipping with tracking number method.

Our company send tracking numbers only if the delivery time exceeds 8 working days.

We send orders in big quantity, This is the reason why administration on post office is slower than normal. We we cannot influence it. But you do not have to be worried. Your order will be sent always when the status of your order shows " Shipped "

Delivery times are between 7-12 days to all major destinations. But sometimes will delay by bad weather/security/customs.,etc,so maybe it is 14-20 ,during shopping season maybe more days.if more than 30 days not received product, Your order will be send again to our costs.

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. Delivery time is maximum 30 days. If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact our Support Center and we will reship it immediately. All packages have tracking numbers.

If you order is damaged:

When half of the damaged goods value is paid and confirmed we will re-ship the full value of goods.

If your order has not been delivered during 45 days after dispatch date:
-please send us an email with the tracking number
When half of the lost goods value is paid and confirmed we will re-ship the full value of goods.
For safety reasons re-shipping will be made only when new receiver and shipping address is provided.
We will not re-ship if:

If your order is seized:
-please provide 120 dpi picture of envelope of letter from customs or FDA with receiver name
-please provide 120 dpi picture of letter received from customs or FDA with receiver name
When half of the seized goods value is paid and confirmed we will re-ship the full value of goods.
We will not re-ship if:
-if you can't provide 120 dpi picture of envelope and 120 dpi picture of letter from customs or FDA
-you cant give us new receivers name and new delivery address
